Shanghai HQ Instruments Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest enterprises for producing and developing flow measurements. We have been specializing in the field since 1987. In 1992, we invested more than RMB 50 million in Shanghai's Pudong Zhangjiang High-tech Park and our HQ Building has an area of 8000 square meters (Shanghai HQ Headquarters Building), which has become the largest high-tech professional flow meter calibration and testing production base in China. We have three sets of high-precision gas, liquid and steam flow calibrating devices (HQ Company's high-precision sound nozzle gas flow calibration facility currently in East China is still unique) and Intelligent Instruments of automatic test equipment. In 2006, our company invested RMB 2.8 billion in building the 40,000 square meters of Technology Park in Jiading District of Shanghai, used for the production, calibration testing, research and office management. Now, we have 4 subsidiaries, 1 R&D center, 1 software development center, 1 production base with 40,000 square meters and 5 water flow calibrating laboratories (the world's largest one for our water flow calibrating device with MAX calibrating bore can be 3.8m). For more than 20 years, we have been maintaining perpetual creativity and enjoyed a high reputation.
